Strong magnetic, fit the big bit's which I love because I own more bigger style bit's then the smaller drywall style bit's which I have smaller dewalt magnet's for those. Even own the Hart one's that are the exact same thing as these. I haven't had any problems with these what so ever and haven't lost one yet to excessive use. I Owm 5 hart one's that's why I bought these. And there aluminum not plastic like the big name companies that people swear buy which I own then as well. I use these more because they last a hell of a lot longer. Like I said there not plastic.

Easy to use... Convenient. I bought the dewalt brand and you have to use a specific bit for those as with other brands of bit holders. These you can pretty much use any bit with it. I use them for small assembly work, I gave one to my coworker and I notice he uses his all the time, my only gripe so far is sometimes they will fall off your bit, but I use them all day long so I'm not too peeved about it

I have no clue why some people are complaining about the magnet. I think some people complain about everything. For less than $10 they get the job done. Magnet is plenty strong.
